For talent, they can avoid the frustrating and time-consuming experience of applying for jobs they won’t get. And for companies, they can headhunt without the cost of traditional recruiters or the time-suck of LinkedIn.
You will spend your time seeking candidates for Zigzag roles; finding candidates that have the skills our clients are looking for, helping them onboard onto the Zigzag platform, and looking ahead to see what skills we might need more of.
You’ll also be helping Zigzag clients get the most out of their Zigzag experience; helping them with their search, navigating the site if they get stuck, and finding them the very best talent for their roles.
As companies and talent find each other, you’ll help them to get to know each other, schedule interviews and other helpful things, as needed.
