For talent, they can avoid the frustrating and time-consuming experience of applying for jobs they won’t get. And for companies, they can headhunt without the cost of traditional recruiters or the time-suck of LinkedIn.

What you'll do as a Zigzag Talent Advisor

You will spend your time seeking candidates for Zigzag roles; finding candidates that have the skills our clients are looking for, helping them onboard onto the Zigzag platform, and looking ahead to see what skills we might need more of.

You’ll also be helping Zigzag clients get the most out of their Zigzag experience; helping them with their search, navigating the site if they get stuck, and finding them the very best talent for their roles.

As companies and talent find each other, you’ll help them to get to know each other, schedule interviews and other helpful things, as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying and recruiting talent to the Zigzag platform
    Identifying potential companies for Zigzag to serve
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of different candidates and client
  • Supporting the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond where clients need more engagement from Zigzag
  • Offering profile/CV, interview and general career advice

The ideal candidate

We will consider any experience and any background. However, any potential Zigzag Talent Advisor should possess most of these attributes:

  • A strong and proven track record in recruitment
  • Understanding of the digital and marketing industries
  • A desire to be part of a new, fast-paced and ever-changing company
  • Comfort with technology
  • Patience, persistence and determination
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong empathy and fascination in people and their stories

What we don’t care about
We don’t need you to have particular academic qualifications, come from a certain industry, or be a particular age, gender, ethnicity, physical ability or socio-economic background. We’re absolutely serious about that.

  • Basic Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
